These boots are cute but not comfy for longer wear because there is no arch support and the footbed is just flat, no cushion. I tried to put an orthotic or insole in there but then the top of the boot is too tight. The opening in the back looks cute but it feels loose in the ankle and doesn't give a lot of support when walking. These might be good for feet that are narrower at the top with wider ankles. These are okay but I think the price should be lower.I had to use a knife to cut slits in the back so my foot could slide in easier, but other than that I love these shoes!arch support sort of they are easy to wear very comfortablelove this boot. super comfy and cuteThese boot are the WORST to get on! Should've added a zipper to the back.BOOOO!Son súper cómodas y bonitas pero si vienen muy estrechas si tienes el pie gordito no son buena idea por qué en el empeine vienen muy reducidas y no entrará tu pie que fue lo que me pasó pero a mi hija con pie delgado le quedaron súper bien bien material similar a la gamuza el tacón no es muy alto y es grueso lo que las hace muy comodas
